HOW TO RETURN YOUR CORES?
Ensure the secure packaging of your core items and proceed to ship them to the following address. Remember to include your Name, Order #, and clearly label the box with the word “CORE” on the outside.

CORE RETURN POLICY
All cores must meet the specified criteria outlined below and be in an acceptable cosmetic condition, with the original body and no external damage. Granted Diesel Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred during the transit of core returns. The buyer is liable for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, as well as any other associated costs and charges.
The Core Acceptability Criteria are as follows:
- Cores must be a ‘like for like’ match (identical to the item purchased).
- Cores must be in their original condition, free from damage.
- Cores must include all internal components.
- Cores must be returned within 60 days from the product ship-out date.
The following situations will result in denial or partial credit of the Core Charge:
- Cores are not a ‘like for like’ match (different from the injector purchased).
- Cores are damaged (buyer assumes responsibility for transit damage).
- Broken or missing solenoid dividers.
- Broken or missing electrical connecting studs.
- Missing or damaged nozzles.
- Missing external components.
- Missing internal components.
- Suspected core tampering or disassembly/assembly.
- Cores returned after 60 days from the product ship-out date.
How would you like to proceed with your Core Purchase and start the Return?
Please select one of the three options provided below.
Option #1 – ZERO COST DEPOSIT
The customer will be temporarily charged the full Core Deposit amount. You will have 60 days from the original ship date to return the old Cores for a full refund. Cores received after 60 days may be eligible for a partial refund.
Option #2 – PAY CORE CHARGE
The customer agrees to pay the full Core charge. There is no requirement to return old Cores. However, you may choose to send them back for a partial refund. For current market rates, please contact SIT@granteddiesel.com.
Option #3 – RETURN CORES IN ADVANCE
The customer has the option to send the cores in advance. Once we receive your Advance Cores, we will release your Order for shipment. Please send your Advance Cores to:
