REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for Granted Diesel Inc.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Granted Diesel Inc., we offer a return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Refund.
Customers may return products purchased from Granted Diesel Inc. within 10 days of receiving the package, provided that the product (i) has not been installed or used, (ii) is in new and unused condition, and (iii) is returned intact in the original packaging. Products received after 10 days from receipt of the package are not eligible for return and will not be considered for refunds.
Procedure for Refund.
To return a product, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service department by email or phone. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package containing the returned product. Shipping costs for returning the product to Granted Diesel Inc. are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt at our facility. If the product meets the eligibility criteria for return, the refund will be processed within 20 days of receipt of the claim. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the returned funds to be reflected in your account.
Products not Eligible for Refund.
No refunds shall be given for products that have been, in Granted Diesel Inc.’s sole discretion and determination, installed or attempted to install, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled or attempted to disassemble. Additionally, refunds shall not be given for products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
