Granted Diesel Inc., is a New York corporation (“Granted Diesel Inc.“), we prioritize your satisfaction. We offer customers the option to return new and unused products purchased from Granted Diesel Inc. (referred to as the “Product” or “Products”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Is My Product Eligible for Return?
Customers may return purchases from Granted Diesel Inc. within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for any reason, provided that the Product meets the following criteria: (i) it has not been installed, (ii) it remains in a “brand-new” condition, and (iii) it is returned intact in its original packaging. To be eligible for return, Products must be received at our facility within thirty (30) days from the original order date, without any exceptions. Returned items received after the thirty (30) day period are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please note that Products sold as part of a kit are eligible for return only as a complete kit. Partial kits or individual kit components cannot be returned under any circumstances. No refund(s) will be issued for Products that, at Granted Diesel Inc.’s sole discretion, have been installed or attempted to be installed, tampered with, contaminated, disassembled, or attempted to be disassembled. All returned products will be subject to a restocking fee of no less than fifteen percent (15%) of the original purchase price, excluding tax. Additionally, original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount.
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and the restocking fee will apply. However, the restocking fee does not apply to exchanges of unused Products or unused Products returned for store credit.
How Do I Initiate a Return?
To return a Product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Granted Diesel Inc. To obtain an RMA number, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to rma@granteddiesel.com, providing the following information: original invoice number, part number, serial number (if applicable), quantity, reason for the return with as much detail as possible, and any other relevant information that will assist us in processing your return efficiently. No Product returns will be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain an RMA number. The shipping costs for returning Products to Granted Diesel Inc. are solely the responsibility of the Customer.
When Will My Refund Be Processed?
All returned products must be received and queued for inspection in our system. Once we have confirmed that the returned product(s) are in their original, unused, and resalable condition, your order will be scheduled for a refund. The approval process may take up to 7-10 business days from the arrival of the product(s) at our facility until your refund is processed. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Granted Diesel Inc. Once you have received an RMA number, please include it in the address below and send the Product to:

There are circumstances under which credit will not be issued for returns, including but not limited to:
The Product was specially ordered.
The Product has been installed and/or used.
The Product has been damaged due to an attempted installation and/or use.
The Product is returned without the original box, manual, and/or parts.
The seal on electrical parts has been broken.
The Product’s serial number does not match the original one shipped to the buyer.
The Product is considered non-resalable by Granted Diesel Inc. due to actions taken by the customer in handling the Product.
