Products.
All products are tested and work perfectly before shipping. If you receive a product that is not working properly, you must ship it back to Granted Diesel Inc immediately for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Intellectual Property.
All capitalized content that you see and hear on the Website or in the promotional programs, including text, graphics, logos, designs, page headers, page footers, images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is owned by Granted Diesel Inc or third parties who have licensed the content to Granted Diesel Inc.

Links to Other Websites.
Granted Diesel Inc makes no representations about any other website that you may access through the Granted Diesel Inc Website. When you access a non-Granted Diesel Inc website, please understand that it is independent from Granted Diesel Inc and that Granted Diesel Inc has no control over the content on that website. Corrections of Errors and Inaccuracies.
The information on the Website or in offers contained in promotional programs may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may be incomplete or outdated. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, and availability. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Limited Warranty.
Granted Diesel Inc offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of the original invoice on all new and remanufactured products. The limited warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the company’s Limited Warranty Policy, which is available on the Granted Diesel Inc website. By accepting the terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to the Limited Warranty Policy.

Limitation of Liability and Damages.
Granted Diesel Inc, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, or representatives, shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or loss of profits or goodwill resulting from the use of or inability to use the goods or services provided by Granted Diesel Inc. The liability of Granted Diesel Inc shall be limited to the total amount paid by the buyer for the goods that caused the liability. This section shall apply even if Granted Diesel Inc was notified of the possibility of such damages occurring.

Notice.
Any notice to the buyer shall be provided through email or posting on the website, with the email notice becoming effective upon sending and the website posting becoming effective upon posting. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their email address is up to date. Any notice to Granted Diesel Inc shall be provided through personal delivery, overnight courier, or registered or certified mail.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or the goods or services purchased through the website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Queens, New York.

Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration.
Before commencing arbitration, any claims or disputes must be presented to Granted Diesel Inc customer support to allow for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within sixty (60) business days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Queens, New York.

Severability.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver and Assignment: Granted Diesel Inc’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. These terms and conditions are binding on the parties and their affiliates and successor entities. These terms and conditions are personal to the buyer and may not be assigned.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries.
These terms and conditions do not provide any rights or remedies to any person other than Granted Diesel Inc and the buyer.

Interpretation.
If any provision of these terms and conditions requires interpretation, it shall not be more strictly construed against one party by reason of the rule of construction that the document is to be construed more strictly against the party who prepared it or its agents.
